Initially became OH-HCA in 1956 ex WD301 and entered the UK register in 1960. At this time it was operating with the Middlesex Flying Group, still as a T10, before it's upgrade to Mk22 with anti-spin strakes. On 5 March 1978 it was destroyed when it failed to recover from a spin at Dartford, Kent. Ironically anti-spin strakes had been fitted prior to this accident.
