Acquired by Commodore in October 1966 for its fish spotting operation. It was operating out of Merimbula, NSW, when it suffered an engine failure and the prop would not fully feather. In the ensuing forced landing at Green Cape, only the starboard undercarriage extended and then it would not retract. VH-DUH was repaired.
