Delivered to the RAF as a Shackleton MR.2 in 1954. Converted to a Shackleton AEW.2 in 1972. To the RAF Museum at Cosford in 1982 and allocated maintenance serial 8772M. Moved to the Manchester Museum of Science and Industry in 1983 then to the Avro Heritage Museum, Woodford in 2022.

Delivered to the RAF as XS895 in 1966. Last flew in 1986. To Pendine Sands Ranges, Wales in 1988. Destroyed by 1999.

Delivered to the RAF as XM569 in 1963. Last flight to Cardiff for the Wales Aircraft Museum in 1983. Later scrapped. Nose preserved at the Jet Age Museum, Gloucester-Staverton.

Built for the Royal Navy as Seahawk FGA.4 WV908 in 1954. Converted to an FGA.6 in 1958. To the RAF at Halton as ground trainer 8154M in 1971 then back to the Royal Navy at Culdrose as ground trainer A2660 in 1976. Restored to flying condition and flew again 1978. To the Royal Navy Historic Flight in 1982. Last flew in 2010 and stored at Yeovilton then moved Shawbury in 2016. Back to Yeovilton in 2022 for restoration to flying condition.

Delivered to the RAF as a Canberra B.2 in 1952. Converted to a T.17 in 1964 and a T.17A in 1987. Withdrawn from use in 1997. To Wyton for use as a fire trainer. Scrapped in 2006. Front fuselage to the City of Norwich Aviation Museum in 2007.

Delivered to the RAF as VP971 in 1949. To Catterick fire school for use as ground trainer 8825M in 1984. Moved to Manston in 1990. Scrapped in 1998.

To Venezuela as 6372 in 1993. Was stored at El Libertador Air Base. Later moved to Acarigua. Last noted there in 2015.

Delivered to the Royal Navy as TF956 in 1947. To Hawker Siddeley in 1960 and stored then restored to airworthy condition for the Royal Navy Historic Flight in 1970. Crashed into the sea off Prestwick in 1989 and destroyed.

France produced an armada of large flying boat types. The prototype 01 of the four-engine Br 730 maritime patrol aircraft flew in April 1938 but crashed in July. This seems to be the first production machine, No 1, but confirmation is sought. No 1 was completed in Vichy French colours but not flown until December 1944 after the liberation of southern France. On one photo it seems to wear invasion stripes. This would be a later shot. The aircraft entered service as a transport, named Véga. It crashed in Arzew, Algeria in January 1949. Three more aircraft were completed, Sirius, Altair and Bellatrix, the latter two to Br 731 standard with a redesigned nose.
