This Lincoln served as a research and test aircraft, first for Napier in icing research and then for Cranfield University. It was unique for being fitted with the nose section from Lancaster TW911 and featured nose graphics representing various wing and tail sections of aircraft fitted atop in icing tests. Seen here in 'B' Class markings, it was also flown under registration G-APRJ. When the Southend museum closed it was dismantled, the nose going to the US but large sections ending up with the Moorabbin Air Museum in Australia where a slow restoration process has recently begun

the SAPD helicopter unit, known as EAGLE, honored fallen SAPD Officer Miguel Moreno by including his initial and last four numbers of his badge in the helicopter's registration number

Delivered in December 1999, wfu and stored at Christchurch from February 2020 to March 2023 when transported by road to Tauranga for use as a ground instructional aid

Still active and many years ago restored to its yellow overall colours from the 1969 England to Australia Air Race

On 11 Sep'25, the Su-22 was said farewell in the Polish AF during a ceremony at the types last homebase Miroslawiec. This 308 was revealed with its special tail on 10 Sep'25 and shows commemorates the 41 years of Su-22 service in Poland. 308 has manufacturer date 1 Jun'84 and was delivered to 6.plm-b in Oct'84. It also served 8.plm-b from-mid'95 to late-'97. Was damaged during landing on 19 Apr'96, but repaired. Then served 6.elt, 7.elt before stored at Powidz in Oct'97. Overhauled with WZL-2 Bydgoszcz in '08, returned to service and served 8.elt. Here it is seen with its last owner 21.BLT.

To Air Bagan as XY-AIK in September 2009 (my pic at RGN in 2013), later scrapped

Photo shows the terminal at Moora and the short taxiway to the sealed runway turning node at the start of R/w 12 . There is a similar turning node at the start of the reciprocal R/w 30. The rest of the 1700m is dirt. The airport is used by recreational aircraft and firefighting aircraft. A high pressure water pump has been installed for the latter.
