This C-130 was completely devoid of any markings except for the US flag on the tail. The aircraft was fully equipped for a ground surgical team. It is essentially a flying operating theatre that could be deployed anywhere in the world. I was able to read the call sign in the cockpit next to the two main screens.

This aircraft was equiped with an pallet-mounted Command-Control-Communications Intelligence-Surveillance-Reconnaissance (C3/ISR) system.
