Delivered to Balkan - Bulgarian Airlines in 1977 as LZ-AEG and transferred to Hemus Air by May 1988. Sold to the Czechoslovak AF as 1107 in 1991 and converted to An-30FG for the Open Skies Treaty monitoring role in 1994.
