Last surviving Hermes. Registered as G-ALDG in 1949. Entered service with BOAC in 1950. To Airwork in 1954 then to Silver City in 1959. Withdrawn from use in 1962. The fuselage was used as a ground trainer at Gatwick until it was moved to Duxford for preservation in 1981.
