Registered as N17581 then A40-AA in 1976, N23AZ in 1994, N801WC in 1998, N806WC in 1991, N400PJ in 1992 and N821PA in 2006. Broken up in 2011. Forward fuselage became a simulator in Germany then went to a restaurant at Ratschendorf, Austria in 2019. Remains to Mojave, CA and scrapped.

Delivered new to American Airlines as N9661 18th June 1970 and returned to Boeing for cargo conversion in Feb 1974. To Flying Tigers as N800FT 28th Aug 1974. Leased to PanAm as N903PA Jan 1978-July 1979. Flying Tigers returned it to American Airlines Cargo as N9661 2nd May 1981 and it ended up with UPS as N674UP 1st Feb 1985. It was withdrawn from use at KROW (Roswell) Sep 2002 and scrapped in 2004/2005

First flew as G-ASSI in 1964. Reregistered as 5N-AWD in 1982. Withdrawn from use at Luton by 1983. Used as an emergency service trainer at Whitwell, Beds by 1998.
