Delivered to TWA as N776TW in 1962. Nose destroyed by a bomb at Damascus, rebuilt with a new nose and reregistered as N28714 in 1969. To Boeing in 1983 and used for parts for the KC-135E program at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ.

Delivered to Aer Lingus as EI-ASA in 1969. Leased to Zambia Airways as 9J-ADZ in 1975 and returned to Aer Lingus as EI-ASA in 1976. Still has Zambia Airways fuselage colours. To Euralair as F-GHML then sold as N2117X in 1990. To Cayman Airways then to Vip-Air as TC-VAA in 1991. To Sultan Air in 1992 then to Albatros as TC-ALC in 1993. Reregistered as N424GB then to Avant as CC-CVA in 1996. To TANS as OB-1718 in 1998 and withdrawn from use at Lima by 2003.

Delivered to Iberia as EC-BIS in 1968. To Austral as LV-WIS in 1994. Scrapped at Clinton, OK in 2001.

Registered as N123H in 169 then CF-NOR in 1973, later C-FNOR. Converted to a G-IIB in 1985. Reregistered as N955C in 1985 and N148V in 2001. Stored at Fort Pierce, FL by 2022. Still current on the register in 2023.
