Saab-Fairchild SF340A, first flight in Linköping May 1986, delivered new to Norving as LN-NVE June 11th 1986 as the second SF-340 in the fleet. Photograped one month later arriving rwy 24 at FBU on schedule from Skien, June 1987 leased to Netherlines, and rr PH-KJH. May 1990 returend to Saab as SE-KPE, and leased to Skyways Express, first half of 2004 opf Lagunair in special Aeroporto de Leon colours. December 2005 LY-NSA and converted to freighter. September 2012 ES-LSA opf Aerest.

Built 1962 and had first flight as N10F, LN-IKE June 26th 1962 based at Værnes airport until an accident the first year. Norrønafly at Fornebu rebuilt it in 1967, and it was based at Forneu with Kolsås flyklubb in 1968, and from 1970 owned by my uncle who was a member of Kolsås Flyklubb. He inveted me up with LN-IKE in 1977. That's why it was so strange to see it like this 9 years later. Cof A expired by the end of September 1985. September 12th 1991 sold to Denmark, only part without engine and instruments. October 1997 OY-MKA reserved

Registred LN-PAI February 1st 1979 to Paralift Air Service A/S. opf Partnair. rebuilt by Norrønafly after Landing accident at Florø February 6th 1981, september 1981 back into serivce for Viking Air A/S, Fornebu, opf Gofjeldfly at Fornebu. May 22nd 1985 LN-PAI was transfered to K/S A/S PAI, and operated by Skytaxi A/S, as seen written on the enigne cowling. Flew 4 years for Skytaxi until sold May 20th 1989 as SE-KKP. Later to the Swedish Air Force as 54202-542/N276CT.

Built 1984 and registered PH-FSY as a F.27-200MAR, showed at Farnborugh Air Show in september 1984 marked as a Maritime Enforcer, and even at the Paris Air show in June 1985. Converted to civil F.27-200 September 1985. March 3rd 1986 Busy Bee of Norway LN-AKA as the first of 4 new F-27-200 that spring. The first aircraft to show the revised livery with a slimmer cheatline to correspond with the smaller windows on the new Fokker 50s on order. The Busy Bee titles were changed from black to yellow. 1990 Leased to NLM i BS colours, stored at Norwich December 1992 after the collapse of Busy Bee.

Built 1976, delivered November 17th 1976 to Offshore Helicopters, Bergen. from 1977 opf Helikopter Service, Forus. April 24th 1983 transferred to Helicpoter Serivce A/S. Cancelled June 20th 1996 as EC-GIC Seen liftign after take-off from Forus

The first of three Boeing Vertol 234LR Helicoters for Helikopter Service, seen at its original base at Forus, very close to main road to Stavanger E-18 seen by the cars in background. LN-OMA was delivered new to HS August 23rd 1983, ex N240BV October 20th 1995 sold as N245CH

Operated by Air Express (Norway). They started to fly their first Falcon 20 LN-AAA in December 1984, and flew Three Falcon 20s before adding Citations and King Air 100s to the fleet. Here LN-AAC (built 1973) and LN-AAA (built 1967) is seen resting together in the second year of operations.

First flight 16th September 1985 as SE-E37, and delivered new to Norving as LN-NVD on December 3rd 1985, as the first of three SF340s, although Norving never operated more than two of them at the same time.. Later PH-KJL, SE-KPD until October 2005 when converted to freighter. This is the first Pan Am arrival as PA reopened connection flights from LHR this last sunday in April 1986. Delivered new to Aloha Airlines in March 1979 and leased by PA in September 1983 for almost 5 years. September 1995 4X-AOT as IAI Electronics Radar Testbed, until wfu at TLV in 2013.

"River Spey" G-BKYF was the first aircraft to be delivered in the new Landor colours of British Airways in 1984, and this was my first photo of a Landor coloured BA airplane, as it is seen taxing to return to LHR as BA644

Delivered new to SAS as the third MD-82 named "Assur Viking" December 20th 1985, with a Y156 config mainly for domestic serivces. Seen arriving rwy 24 that Saturday from Bergen. June 1991 leased to Spanair for 4 months, and same in 1992 The in November 1993 sub-leased to Nordic East for one year. Back in SAS October 31st 1994. December 13th 1999 rr LN-ROR, still "Assur Viking" and repainted to new SAS colours, and reconfig CY150. Wfu April 2009. Converted to MD-83 for Allegiant Air as N429NV March 2010. Also visible is the roof of the old freight terminal that gave way to the new C-Pier in 1988.

March 1978 G-BLGW Air Anglia, and 01-1980 Air UK. 1982 leased to BMA, back to Air UK 1985. March 1986 leased for three months to Busy Bee. Juine 1986 back to Air UK until wfu at Norwich in May 1994 after moare than 30 years of flying. Seen parked beside LN-NPH at the start of a three months lease for Busy Bee while they were waiting for new F.27s

First flight 1978 as N8050J and delivered new as OY-ARR. Imported as LN-RAY by Norrønafly in 1981. Operated by Twin-Taxi from January 25th 1984 until Novebmer 27th 1987 when taken over by Norrønafly again. Sold 1990 as N65966. Seen parked at the old north-eastern part of Fornebu airport, with CV-440 LN-KLK of Norsk Metopollitan Klubb is seen resting behind.

Delivered to Norving May 5th 1981 ex SE-IFU, as the 2nd Conquest for Norving. RT grew in the '80s to be a large commuter airline, only next to WF with operations out of Skien, Haugesund, Ålesund, Trondheim, Bodø, Tromsø and Kirkenes. Sold as N7049Y November 30th 1988, after the airline withdrew from services in southern Norway some 9 months earlier. Later HK-3613, (PA-28 LN-AEC is visible in foreground).

Olsen August 20th 1973, an rr to LN-FOH August 28th 1973. Op. by FOF in ex Nordic colours until repainted to FOF colours scenod half of 1974. Repainted to these new white FOF colours in 1985. March 1988 it was painted black for the "Air de Cologne" project by SAS Cargo.. FOF colours 1990, flew with TNT stickers in 1991, FOF cs until wfu 01-1997.
