First flight 1969, del new to KLM November 25th 1969 as PH-DEK, DC-8 no 500, named "David Livingstone". May 1973 leased two years to Philippine Airlines. Must have been one of the last KLM aitrcarft to be repainted to the blue top livery, ca 1978 or 79. November 1984 TF-FLV for Icelandair, "Vesturfari". May 1990 converted to freighter DC-8-63F op for Aer Turas as EI-CAK. July 1994 N786AL Air Transport International, Juloy 2004 9G-FAB Johnsons Air. 2010 wfu in UAE and broken up Sorry I could not avoid the tree...
