After the split up this aircraft went to Slovakia as a VIP transport.

This is actually Aero 45 OK-EGN, restored to represent an aircraft used by the Czechoslovak National Security Corps after WWII for patrol work

This helicopter is on a after maintenance check flight.

Now preserved at the "Stará Aerovka" collection at Prague - Letňany (LKLT). In the past the Aero aircrafts were built in this and another hangar at Letňany.

This aircraft was taking part in the search for a missing person on the day I photographed it.

After WWII, the Czechoslovak Security Air Force of the National Security Corps used Ae-45 adapted for patrol and liaison duties. Only the tail of the real OK-BYE (cn 50076) has survived but has proved a valuable colour reference, along with photographic evidence for the restoration of OK-EGN in its place The finished aircraft is now on display in a brand new hangar at the super Kbely museum.
