Registered as N6374C then N265R in 1964, N3298D in 1983, N40YA in 1986 then to the US Navy as N316NT in 1991. Reserialled as 165523 in 1997. Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB from 2014.

Preserved at the SAC Museum, Offutt AFB from 1985. The museum moved to Mahoney State Park in 1998.
