This PZL-Mielec M-18A Dromader was the first M-18A acquired by Supermarine Aircraft (owned by the Martindale family) from Poland in August 1990 after years operating Grumman/Schweizer G-164A and Cessna A188B "ag"aircraft. The company later it bought Hicks & Lawrence's large fleet of M-18s in 2001 and flew 21 different M-18s over its history. Supermarine later moved its HQ from St. Thomas Airport to Port Burwell, ON, and C-GRBM is the last aircraft in its fleet. Most Canadian M-18s were utilized on seasonal forestry contracts in Eastern Canada to spray spruce budworm and other infestations.

In October 2005, Sky FlightCare flew this MD902 on air ambulance missions from the Coatesville-Brandywine Hospital Heliport (2PS6), PA. It was photographed at the American Helicopter Museum's Rotorfest 2005 fly-in at West Chester - Brandywine Airport. Sky FlightCare closed in September, 2013. In October 2005, Sky FlightCare flew this MD902 on air ambulance missions from the Coatesville-Brandywine Hospital Heliport (2PS6), PA. It was photographed at the American Helicopter Museum's Rotorfest 2005 fly-in at West Chester - Brandywine Airport. Sky FlightCare closed in September, 2013. This MD900 was built in 1998 as N9229Q and first flown by the US Coast Guard HITRON program as 9054 in 1999-2000. With Doctor Heli as JA01DH in 2001-2004. With Sky FlightCare as N222YN 2004-2006. The Ontario Provincial Air Service was founded in 1924 and is the world's oldest aerial firefighting agency, now know as the aviation division of the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR). The MNR acquired its first AS350B-2 in the early 1990s to supplement its Bell LongRangers used for firefighting and natural resources work. This AS350B-2 was purchased from Eurocopter Canada in May 1999 and operated until April 2011 when replaced by a new EC130 and sold to Custom Helicopters in Manitoba. This 1985 model BK117 was test flown in Germany as D-HBMZ, then shipped to MBB Helicopter Corp at Brandywine Airport, PA and flew as N44932 prior to delivery to aero medical operator CJ Systems as N117CJ for use by the STAT Medevac and PennStar EMS programs. Air Methods bought CJ Systems in October 2007 and retired N117CJ in 2015. Metro Aviation now flies four helicopters for PennStar from three bases.

By March 2023, there were 11 AW169s registered in the US, including msn 69153 awaiting delivery to Parkview Samaritan, which currently operates two AS365Ns from bases in Fort Wayne (Samaritan 1) and Rochester, Ind. (Samaritan 2). The AW169 first flew in these colours in Italy in April 2022 as I-EASI and later with Leonardo Helicopters in Philadelphia as N884ST. It was transported by road to Atlanta for Heli-Expo 2023 and displayed as N199SM, which is a registration still carried by the hospital's AS365N, msn 6396.

This S-92A, 92-0134, was assembled in Coatesville, PA and first flew as N134WH. It was delivered to the Japanese National Police Agency for use by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police as JA02MP. It was sold to Canada's VIH Aviation Group and delivered to Victoria Airport (CYYJ) in April 2021. This newly-overhauled S-92A was displayed by Sikorsky at Heli-Expo 2023 (as 8R-SAR) on delivery to Omni Táxi Aéreo's new offshore subsidiary in Guyana. It was operated by TAF Helicopters of Barcelona, Spain as EC-554 and EC-FQO between 1999 and 2004. To Canada as C-GREU in 2004 and operated by Centurian Helicopters, Gemini Helicopters, Prism Helicopters, Advantage Helicopters (2012-2022) and since Dec 2022 by Airborne Energy Solutions.

To Pacific Western Airlines (PWA) as CF-HPU and named Kitimat Princess while supporting construction of a aluminum smelter on the northern BC coast. To BC Air Lines (BCAL) 1959-1973; back to PWA when it bought BCAL. Sold to West Coast Air Service in Dec. 1973. Exported to USA in January 1975. To Chalks Int'l Miami in Jun 1975. Helicopter pilot/engineer Fred Fandrich founded Valley Helicopters Ltd. in 1985 and the company moved to its current heliport location at 63235 Flood Hope Rd, Hope, BC in 1991 which is about 1 km southeast of Hope Airport. Fred's his son Brad Fandrich took over ownership in 2015. Valley Helicopters currently operates one Cessna A185E, one Bell 206L4, four Bell 206 Jet Rangers and two Bell 407s. JetRanger C-GTYV was built in 1976 and previously operated by Totem Air, Turbowest Helicopters (1982-1985) and joined the Valley Helicopters fleet in February 1986.
