Delivered new to COPA in December 2005 and made its last flight for them on 22nd March 2020 and stored at Tocumen. Re-registered N912QQ in December 2020 and sold to Alliance Airlines as VH-UYB in March 2021.

Ex 59-0533 retired to MASDC in 1971. Later registered as N77152 to the Foundation for Airborne Relief before sale in 1974 to the Cargomaster Corporation for operation by Northern Air Cargo in Alaska. Scrapped at Anchorage in 2000.

The prototype N-156F, re-designated YF-5A in 1962. Seen prior to being exhibited in the Museum of Flight Great Gallery which opened in 1987.

Ex USAAF 44-77889 and JASDF 51-1122. Sold to Cliff Everts in 1978 and stored at Fairbanks for nearly twenty years before being restored to fly again in 1998. Aptly named 'Maid in Japan' the aircraft was badly damaged in an accident in 2002 but was repaired and is still flying in for Everts Air Cargo in February 2022.

Delivered to the USAAF in December 1943 as 42-100857. Civilianized as NC70 and later N23 & N41 operating for the CAA/FAA. Written off in a ground accident at Kenai in November 1975 and although registered as N2273K never flew as such and the aircraft was later transported to Kulis ANGB as part of the National Museum of the United States Air Force Loan Program. Later painted in false Alaska ANG markings as '0315497'. Moved to Elmendorf Air Force Base when Kulis ANGB closed in 2011.

Former US Air Force as 42-85213 and US Navy Bu84983. To N6434D in April 1959 and cancelled as exported to Mexico XB-FOS in December 1959. Still present in poor condition at Atizapán in 2018.

Ex US Army U-1A 55-3288. To N1457H in 1973 and used as an instructional airframe at Merril Field, Anchorage. Later civilianized by Western World Retrievals who used it on a 1985-86 expedition to Greenland (note the "Western World Retrievals Inc - Greenland Expedition 85-86" logo), in an attempt to find and retrieve six P-38 Lightnings which, having made a forced landing there in 1942, became buried under the icecap. In 1988 the aircraft was damaged near Wrangell AK, while registered to Diamond Aviation, when it hit a snow-bank in poor visibility. While attempting to salvage the damaged Otter, a Bell 205 dropped it from 1,500ft resulting in a total write off!

Operating for Yakutia, transferred to Sakha Avia in June 1994. Registration cancelled in June 1997 and still at Magan in Aeroflot colours in 2012.

Ex SAAF 359. One of ten Cheetah Cs acquired from the SAAF in 2011. Operated by Escuadrón de Combate 2112 at Taura, the type is believed to have been withdrawn from use in 2021.

Ex JA8751. Delivered to Piedmont Airlines in December 1969, sold to Provincetown-Boston Airlines in June 1982 and Simmons Airlines operating for American Eagle in 1985. Stored at Tucson in basic American Eagle colours. To Servicios Aereos Litoral as XA-ROL in July 1989, registered N4246K in 1991 but withdrawn and stored at Greenwood Mississippi, still as XA-ROL, and scrapped.

Later to Kansas ANG and Texas ANG. To AMARC in January 1990 witch code FP425. To HVF West for scrapping in 2016.

Delivered to Mohawk Airlines in May 1967 as N7819M. Stored at Marana after they merged with Allegheny and sold to Wien Alaska in July 1974. Sold to Pacific Alaska in 1979, Air Mauritanie in November 1980 as 5T-CJZ and returned to Alaska with Airpac as N4716Z from January 1984 to June 1987. Sold and operated by AUTEC (Atlantic Undersea Test & Evaluation Center) for US Navy from January 1983 until sold to fly for the Florida Gators Basketball team as N101FG in November 1993. Later registered as N155JB and HR-ASK with Rollins Air and Atlantic Airlines of Honduras. Stored at La Ceiba by 2019

Alidaunia started operating the AW139 on their Foggia to Tremiti service on 1st April 2019 replacing the Augusta 109 previously used.

Rebuilt from L-23 52-6200 c/n LH-39. Retired to AMARC in September 1979 with the code UB085. To the W.A.S.P Museum in Quartzite AZ. in 1996 and registered N130AZ in February 1998. Still present in poor condition at Quartzite in 2020.

Ex F-WWIJ, PT-MZK with TAM and N863AG. Entered service with TAME in September 2013 and withdrawn in January 2017 at Phoenix Goodyear and scrapped
