Allocated USAF serial 68-10955 before delivery to Norway as 955 in 1969. Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ in 2008. To Coulson Aviation as N140CG in 2020 and converted to a fire bomber.

Assigned to the 435th Tactical Airlift Wing stationed at Frankfurt Rhein-Main AFB, West Germany. Retired at Davis-Monthan AFB in 2003 and scrapped in 2013.

Assigned to the 67th Aerospace Rescue and Recovery Squadron stationed at Woodbridge. Later converted to an MC-130P. Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB in 2013.

Assigned to the 317th Military Airlift Wing stationed at Pope AFB, NC. Used as a ground trainer at Dyess AFB, TX from 2004. Last noted in 2012.

"Fat Albert" as a boy !! From VQ-4, in transit through Prestwick using the callsign BERT4. Constructed as a C-130G in 1964, converted to EC-130G in 1966. The drogue at the end of the communications aerial which can be wound out behind the aircraft can be seen protruding at the rear cargo ramp door. In 1981 it was the test-bed for the EC-130Q, with TACAMO equipment to communicate with submerged nuclear submarines. In 1991 became "Fat Albert", the TC-130G transport ship for the USN aerobatic display team, the Blue Angels, painted in the team's blue and gold colours. Retired to the National Museum of Naval Aviation, Pensacola, Florida in 2002.
