The deployment was from 13 to 27 April and consisted of 11 A-7D's and one A-7K. 69-6218 was retired to AMARC on 13 Jan 1991 by the 175th TFS/114th TFG, Sioux Falls MAP, SD. Departed on 04 Apr 1997 for scrapping.
