In 1978, this Bell 206B JetRanger, 4X-BJF on fixed floats was operated by Chimavir, an aerial application company owned by Kibbutz agricultural community movement in Israel. Built in 1975, this JetRanger was active in Israel for about 26 years. On March 29, 2001, Chim-Nir Aviation Services was operating 4X-BJF from Megiddo Airport on a contract to drop baits with a vaccine against rabies when it hit a high voltage power line near the village of Wadi Hamam, just west of the Sea of Galilee. Crashed and burned. Two killed.

This Bell Bell 206B JetRanger, 4X-BJF on fixed floats owned by Chimavir was painted in water-soluble paint (with markings "XB-3274" on the cabin and "HCX" on the tail) to appear in a motion picture being filmed in Israel in July 1978. These markings were washed off about an hour after this image was taken and re-photographed. Built in 1975, this JetRanger was active in Israel for about 26 years. This Kiowa was originally built for the US Army as 71-20751. It joined the Puerto Rico Police Department in June 1995 and flew with them until around May 2017, after which it became part of this amazing collection.

Built in 1977 and registered in Canada on 7 May 1993, so here on delivery to its owner, Pacific Western Helicopters of Prince George/BC. In 2018 it was exported as N390LH and Minnesota based in 2023. The flamboyant livery is from when it was G-BNMM with Veritair of Cardiff, Wales.

Volar helicopter ready for pleasure flights around El Penol and the scenic Embalce del Penol. This area is located aprox 2.5 east of the city of Medellin. There is usually only a helicopter present during the weekends. This helicopter is normally based at Medellin Olaya Herrera. Some luxury hotels in the area have their own helicopters.

Built as 71-20893 then transferred to Canada as above. In 1997 it was registered as model 206A-1, N6340X and current as OH-58A registration VH-OSX in 2022. Note the low-tech ant-theft device on the door. There were no locks on these things.

Built in 1972 and later became N59MB. On 1 February 2005 it was wrecked at Lancaster/PA when it rolled over while transitioning into the hover at lift-off.

This Crescent Helicopters 206L-1 was contracted by Skylink to support the United Nations Protection Force (UNPROFOR) in former Yugoslavia in spring 1992. Bell N27511 and Era Helicopters Bell 212, N360EH (UN141) were based in Skopje to support UN forces on the Kosovo border. In Nov. 1994, three Skylink 206L-1s replaced Crescent's 206L-1s. To Helijet in Canada in June 1996 as C-GHJT. To USA in July 1998 as N211EL. With Offshore Logistics when it crashed in the Gulf of Mexico in poor visibility on Dec 29, 2007 en route to the South Pass 38 platform. Popout floats not deployed. Four onboard. 1K

Entered service with the Canada Air Force new in 1981 then civilianized in 1993 and transferred to Bombardier for operations at CFB Southport. Current with Allied Wings in 2022 at the same location and used for rotary wing training.

Photographed whilst it was visiting Turweston in connection with the 2005 British Formula 1 Grand Prix which was being held at nearby Silverstone on that day. The helicopter, which had previously been registered G-BSJC and G-BVRC, was cancelled from the British register on 28 July 2006 when it was sold to the Seychelles as S7-HSL, but now flies in South Africa as ZS-HAU.

Maintenance Ltd, Woodland Helic., and Pioneer Helic. between 1982-1999. Operated by Blackcomb Helic. between June 1999 & Nov 2005. Then to two different private owners. To C-GBFE in Aug 2009. To Riverside Helic. in Apr 2010. To Premier Helicopter in June 2010 as C-GSKY. To Sky Helic. in June 2013. Back to Premier. To C-GWKY in May 2014. To Glacier Helic. in Aug 2021. Four different C- Reg's in 5 yrs!
