Delivered to Western Air Lines as N93150 in 1963. To PIA as AP-AXK in 1974. Damaged beyond repair landing at Karachi, Pakistan in 1981 when the nosegear failed to extend. .

Delivered to Iberia as EC-DHZ in 1980. Sold as N80946 in 2005 then to Cielos del Peru and parted out at Lima, Peru.

Delivered to TAP as CS-TBL in 1967. To Worldways as C-GWGT in 1989 then to Express One as N357NE and converted to a freighter in 1993. Leased to All Canada Express as C-FACW in 1998 and returned to Express One as N357NE in 1999. To Angola Air Charter as D2-FCL in 2001. Scrapped at Luanda around 2006.

Delivered to Royal Air Maroc as CN-CCF in 1970. Used as a ground trainer at Casablanca-Anfa from 1993. Scrapped in 2009.

Delivered to Aviogenex as YU-AJD in 1972. Returned to the Soviet Union in 1990. Converted to a TU-134A-3 for the Komsomolsk-on-Amur Aircraft Production Association (KnAAPO), based in Komsomolsk-on-Amur in the Russian Far East as RA-93927. Withdrawn from use in 1999.

Used for parts in the KC-135E Program.

Delivered to Qantas as VH-EAI in 1968. To British Caledonian as G-BDLM in 1979, then to Woldways as C-GGAB in 1982 and the Royal Australian Air Force as A20-629 in 1983. To Omega Air as N629RH in 2011. Stored at San Antonio, TX by 2023.

Registered as N5342M then N100US in 1975, N300CE in 1978, N3753V in 1981, N19RT in 1982, N642BA in 1983, C-GTEM in 1985, N5135X then F-GHLA in 1988 and N294A then N78CP in 1995. To White Industries, Bates City, MO in 2004 and used for parts. Still there in 2022.

Delivered to TWA as N762TW in 1959. To Air Tanzania in 1980. To Aeronica as YN-BWL in 1982 but not delivered and stored at Dar-es-Salaam. Scrapped around 1994.

Registered as PT-GMD then G-MOBL in 1979 and G-OFLT in 1990. Scrapped at Southend in 2004.

To Trans Continental in 1996 and reregistered as N183SK in 1997. Withdrawn from use at Detroit-Willow Run in 1999. Scrapped in 2001.

Delivered to British Airtours as G-BGJG in 1980. To British Airways in 1982 then to Transaero as YL-BAA in 1994. Reregistered as RA-73001 in 2000. Withdrawn from use at Moscow-Domodedovo in 2003 and used as fire trainer. Still there in 2019.

Delivered to American Airlines as N5608 in 1962. To MEA as OD-AFF in 1969. Returned to American Airlines as N6844 then to Spantax as EC-BZP in 1972. Withdrawn from use at Palma De Mallorca in 1984. Broken up around 1994. Front fuselage moved to Sabadell, Spain and used as a simulator.

Delivered to Aeroflot as CCCP-65780 in 1979. Reregistered as RA-65780 in 1992. To Komiavia in 1994 then to Komiinteravia in 1997, UTair in 2005 and UTair Express in 2010. Withdrawn from use at Syktyvkar in 2012 and scrapped in 2014.

Delivered to the RAF as XV492 in 1969. Scrapped at Wattisham in 1992.

Built for the RAF as T5493 in 1940. Registered as G-ANEF in 1953 then SE-AMM in 1996. Destroyed in a fatal accident at Karlstad, Sweden in 1999.
