Built in 1981, flew for the University of Kentucky Medical Center as N5426U till 1993, then for PHI Inc between 1994 and 2003. Joined HeliJet in October 2003 and subcontracted to BC Ambulance, for which it flew as an air ambulance / HEMS helicopter till February 2025, the month it was donated to war-torn Ukraine. It arrived there in April 2025 and is now being operated by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine. The donation was made possible by the two NGO's "Maple Hope Foundation" (Canada) and the "Ukrainian World Congress". Pictured in the old BC Ambulance c/s. See also next image.

Although wearing North Scottish titles the aircraft was owned by Bond Helicopters at the time. This registration was cancelled on 7th December 1993 when the aircraft was transferred to the Australian marks VH-LAQ.

This registration was cancelled on 14th October 1992 when the aircraft was transferred to the Nigerian marks 5N-SKY.

Chartered by Cabair Helicopters for this event only. This registration was cancelled on 2nd September 1992 when the aircraft was transferred to the Canadian marks C-GIMB.

Deployed at the Ornge Air Ambulance base on Kenora Airport. Built in 1981. Previously N5427S. Exported to Canada as C-FSBH in 1999 and joined Canadian Helicopters Limited.

Delivered to British Caledonian Helicopters as G-BIBG in 1980. To Bristow Helicopters in 1991. Reregistered as 5N-BCE in 2000 then back to G-BIBG in 2003. Cancelled from the register as withdrawn from use in 2009. Stored at Aberdeen then used as a ground trainer at Kemble from 2013.

This Helijet S-76A, C-GHJW, operates scheduled services between the Vancouver Harbour Heliport and waterfront heliports in Victoria and Nanaimo. It carries titles for the Fairmont Hotel chain, with the name "Fairmont Waterfront" in Vancouver on the port side of the aircraft and "Fairmont Empress" in Victoria on the starboard sided of the helicopter.
