This is an extremely rare UH-1 of CMTC Hohenfels 'Ravens' painted in a very nice aggressor colourscheme. Good to see the UH-1 still operational in the European theatre.

Built as UH-1F-BF 64-15476 by Bell at Fort Worth, in 1969 this was one a number converted to UH-1P for special operations in SE Asia while it was assigned to the 20th SOS (Green Hornets), 14th SOW. In April 1980 it was flown to the USAFM and is now presented to represent a UH-1F involved in a Medal of Honor winning rescue mission in November 1968 as depicted in this set piece

Delivered to the U.S. Army with S/N 63-12923 in October 1964, and was in use by the Army in Vietnam from April 1965 through November 1968. Transferred to the U.S. Navy and given BuNo 312923. Assigned to Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 3 where it stayed until 29 February 1972 when it was returned to the U.S. Army. Returned to the U.S. and was transferred to Langley Research Center from October 1973 through August 1975, then in storage until 1994. Purchased surplus and restored to HA(L)-3 configuration, FAA reg. N370AS. Acquired by the HA(L)-3 Association in 2024 for display in the museum.

This Huey was delivered to the USAF in March 1966 as a UH-1F initially assigned to the SAC's 43rd BW at Little Rock AFB, AK. In July 1966 it was transferred to the 606th Air Commando Sqdn, Nakhon Phanom RTAFB, Thailand and then February 1967 to Nha Trang AB, South Vietnam assigned to the 20th SOS for use in covert operations. In June 1969 it was converted to a UH-1P gunship with twin Miniguns and two rocket pods. Shipped back to the US in November 1970, it served with various training and rescue units until retired in October 1987, ultimately joining the museum in 1992

An early Huey used by the US Army to test various armament configurations. In 1965 it was loaned to Bell Helicopters for test purposes with two Continental T72-T-2 turboshaft engines installed in a module driving a common gearbox under the Model 208 name. After proving the concept of dual engines in the 205 airframe, it was not pursued (until the Bell 212/UH-1N) and around 1966 the helicopter was returned to the Army in original configuration. Now preserved in a diorama depicting a well-publicised photograph from the Vietnam conflict of an air assault landing of the 9th Cavalry "Bravo Blues"

This former US Army Huey (ex 74-22336) was registered to the US Department of State on 7 Dec 2006 as N82207 (not visibly carried), and was still current as such by 2023. The Department's aircraft can be used for many types of missions, which vary by location. These may include (armed) drug eradication, interdiction, reconnaissance, surveillance, command and control, medical evacuation, transportation of personnel or cargo.

After clipping a power line with the tail rotor and crashing into the banks of Mataquito River (Maule) on 12 Nov 2025 while on a wild fire fighting mission. Wreckage was recovered by owner (Eagle Copters South America) and stored/dumped under tarpaulins in their front yard. Conaf logo just visible on the tailboom.

Built as a UH-1D. Converted to a UH-1V med evac version. Later stored at various locations. At Redding, CA by 2019. Still there in 2022.

Built as a UH-1H. Converted to a UH-1V med evac version. To the US State Department as N379SD in 2008 then to the Colombian Army as EJC-403 in 2009 and to the Colombian Police as PNC-0743. Crashed in 2016 killing all four occupants.

Built as a UH-1D. Converted to a UH-1H then to a UH-1V med evac version. Last noted at Los Alamitos, CA in 1999.
