A C-12 with a secret. Formerly with the US Embassy in South Africa, it was evicted when the government there found that it had a cut-out panel with cameras being used for spying. It was subsequently re-serialled in an attempt to cover its identity, having originally had a different FY 76 allocation. It is now Ankara-based.

Fuselage section showing US and UK markings. Delivered to the USAAF as 44-30861. Registered as N9089Z in 1959. To the UK for filming in 1963. Withdrawn from use at Biggin Hill in 1964. Moved to Southend for preservation in 1967 and marked as HD368. Moved to Duxford in 1984 after the museum closed then to North Weald in 1987. Stored outside from 1989 and became derelict. Moved to Wycombe Air Park in 2006 and stored in dismantled condition. Preserved at the Wings Museum, Balcombe, West Sussex from 2012.

Delivered to the USAAF as 43-49240 in 1944. To the Belgian Air Force as K-1 in 1946, Sabena as OO-SMA in 1951 and back to the Belgian Air Force as K-1/OT-CWA in 1953. Sold as N99346 in 1977. Displayed at various locations then to Aces High at North Weald in 2000 and used for filming. Later restored and displayed at the Wings Museum near Balcombe, UK from 2007. Fitted with the nose of N81HA c/n 19074 which was scrapped at North Weald in 2007.

Delivered to the USAAF in 1945, number 44-73979. Transferred to the Royal Canadian Air Force on 6th December 1950, first serving with 416 Sqn RCAF, based at RCAF Station Uplands, Ottawa (at this time it carried the serial 9246). Transferred to 402 Squadron in Manitoba, then 420 Squadron. On 16th May 1951 it suffered Class B damage and was struck off strength as a result, becoming instructional airframe 612. On 10th May 1955 it was displayed at the College Royal Militaire, then transferred to RCAF Station St Jean in 1960. Transferred to IWM in 1968. Moved to Duxford 2014 - displayed as 411631.

Came in for a couple of ILS approaches, the backseater seems to be a NASA astronaut. This aircraft was the first conversion to T-38C standard.

Carrying special markings for the 70th anniversary of the D-Day invasion.

The original "Memphis Belle" on display in the World War II Gallery at NMUSAF. Built at Boeing Seattle, she was named after Capt. Robert K. Morgan's girlfriend Margaret Polk. Flying with the 324th BS, 91st BG at Bassingbourn, England, the B-17 was the second USAAF bomber to complete 25 missions over Europe between Nov. 1942 and 17 May 1943, preceded by 358th BS B-17F "Hell's Angels" in this feat. She was the first to return to the USA and completed a three-month war bond tour with more than 30 stops.
