Built as a F-4E-44-MC by McDonnell Douglas at Saint Louis in 1970, 69-7263 was first assigned to the 4th TFW, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. In 1972/73 it was deployed to Ubon RTAFB and in 1977 it was one of 116 undergoing conversion to F-4G Wild Weasel configuration with electronics to seek out SAM air defence radars. It then served various units at Nellis AFB, George AFB and Spangdahlem in Germany. Deployed to Bahrain with the 35th TFW in early 1991, it launched over 40 missiles during Desert Storm before transfer in 1992 to the 190th TFS/124th FG Idaho ANG at Boise. It joined the USAFM in 1996

Built as an F-4E. Leased to the Royal Australian Air Force from 1970 to 1973. Converted to an F-4G in 1978. Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ in 1991. Left in 1999 and converted to a QF-4G target drone. Destroyed in 2005.

This aircraft last served with 561st FS / 57 FW at Nellis AFB., NV., and was retired to AMARC on 26th March 1996 where it was allotted the Park Code FP1035. It was flown to Tracor Inc. at Mojave, CA., on 15th September 1997 and converted to QF-4G drone configuration. It was flown to Tyndall AFB, FL., on 25th June 1998 and eventually listed as "Expended", shot down during a missile test, on 12th June 2001.

This aircraft last served with 190th FS / 124th FW at Boise, ID., and was retired to AMARC on 2nd April 1996 where it was allotted the Park Code FP1039. It was flown to Tracor Inc. at Mojave, CA., on 9th October 1997 and converted to QF-4G drone configuration. It was later flown to Tyndall AFB, FL., and eventually listed as "Expended", shot down during a missile test, on 8th January 2002.

This aircraft was retired to AMARC on 12th September 1995 and allotted the Park Code FP0987. It was flown to Tracor Inc. at Mojave, CA., on 16th October 1997 and converted to QF-4G drone configuration. It was later flown to Tyndall AFB, FL., and eventually listed as "Expended", presumably shot down, on 6th June 2001.

This aircraft was retired to AMARC on 4th April 1995 and allotted the Park Code FP0971. It was flown to Tracor Inc. at Mojave, CA., on 19th September 1997 and converted to QF-4G drone configuration. On 8th June 1998 it was flown to Tyndall AFB, FL., and listed as "Expended", presumably shot down, on 16th December 1998.
