Boeing 720s were never common in Europe. This example carried a basic United Airlines livery along with Delta Air Transport titles

First to Ozark as N4232 in 7.67, this aircraft followed a similar route to c/n 559, going to DAT in 9.77 and ALM (PJ-FHB) in 6.88. Wfu 1.91 and seen at Curacao late 2004 as a burnt-out fire training wreck

Returning passengers to Antwerp after a day shopping excursion, this DC-6 suffered a nose-gear collapse when the F/E raised the undercarriage prematurely just after V1 the day before this photo was taken. 105 on board escaped unharmed after the aircraft skidded to a halt at the end of r/w 24. The tail damage was caused by debris thrown up by the propellers impacting the tarmac. Later scrapped at Southend.

Formerly Iberia's EC-AMU, DAT sold this Convair to American Airlines in 3.77 for use on their Virgin Islands connections. Passed on to All Resorts Airlines in 11.82, stored at Carlsbad, CA in 1990 and scrapped by the end of the decade. The white-top Delta 440 behind is OO-VGJ (ex Cameroon). They flew a five-daily ANR-AMS schedule

Delivered new to Northwest Airlines in March 1958 as N581. Sold to Kar-Air in 1965. Served Delta Air Transport from April 1972 until 1974 when sold to Conair as C-GHLY.

In February 1947 this DC-3C was rebuilt from USAAF C-47A 42-23798 (c/n 9660). Upon completion it received new c/n 43090. Served Sanena as OO-AUZ from February 1947 to May 1966. Flown by Delta as OO-GVG from March 1971 until November 1972. Operating a schedule from Antwerp to Schiphol.

G-6-308 first flight 13-Jun-1997, to G-BXEU registered Jun-1997, to OO-DWA registered Jun-1997 (Sabena / Delta Air Transport > SN Brussels Airlines > Brussels Airlines), to N448AC registered Jun-2017. On the front door it has special marking "75 / 1923-1998" and on the aft fuselage "Flying together with Swissair"

This aircraft was in the process of being broken up for spares.
