In service with the Royal Canadian Air Force (22110) January 1953 - September 1967 when withdrawn and stored. Sold surplus to Aircraft International Associates in 1971 as N15509, the aircraft added a Steward-Davis Jet-Pak conversion. With Hawkins and Powers 1975 - 76, it's pictured with T & G Aviation still in basic RCAF colors. Acquired by T & G in 1976, an accident on April 21, 1986 ended it's flying days. Taking off with freight for Fairbanks from Tobin Creek Airstrip in Alaska, the aircraft lost directional control on a snow covered runway and struck a snowbank.

T & G Aviation's tanker 32 getting ready for the 1982 fire season The airliner was originally Yngve Viking with SAS Scandinavian Airlines System delivered in 1957 (SE-CCF). Registered in Spain to Basaer Baquero Servicios Aereos as EC- 889 (EC-GGC in 1996), it was stored at Cordoba airport in 2000 and later preserved in the city.
