Canadian Albatrosses had more powerful Wright R-1820-82 engines with an air scoop on top of the nacelle; this aircraft may in fact be one from two later batches of ex USN HU-16s, eight ex-DM in 1976 and four in 1978. Re-serialling later occurred and like many Mexican i/d's, this one is very difficult to verify
