Delivered new to Pacific Western 10th Apr 1981 and merged into Canadian Airlines Apr 1987, then into Air Canada Apr 2001. Withdrawn from use KMHV (Mojave) 19th Nov 2002 and returned to lessor as N2262 3rd Sep 2003

This Tristar was delivered to Delta in August 1980 and is pictured here getting ready to taxy out and depart for home (presumably JFK?). It was finally retired in January 2001 and ferried to Victorville (VCV) for storage. In early 2006 the frame was flown to Amman (AMM) with the intention of starting pax/charter operations. However, the project collapsed and the plane was scrapped sometime around 2014.

With airline deregulation in 1978, Allegheny Airlines began expanding with new DC-9s and used 727s. This one was obtained from United Airlines in August 1978. As they expanded outside their local area, the airline changed their name to US Air in 1979. N753AL was sold to Alaska Airlines July 26, 1982 and re-registered N753AS. Operated by the airline for ARCO oil support until used for a short time for their own freight operation. Sold in 1994, the airplane was finally scrapped after 2003 with the forward fuselage stored at El Mirage, CA with Aviation Warehouse and available for film work.

Operating CP Air's short lived Attache all business class service. Delivered July 7, 1985, this newer generation 737 was sold to the GPA Group and leased to VASP as PP-SNS in April 1986. Ending up with Southwest Airlines from October 21, 1993 as N686SW, it was finally retired November 27, 2012.

Delivered April 10, 1981 to Pacific Western Airlines and merged with CP Air in 1987 to form Canadian Airlines. Still in interim color scheme here, Air Canada would withdraw it at the end of 2002 after taking over Canadian. It unfortunately crashed in the Congo with Bako Air (TL-ADM) April 30, 2009 on a ferry flight.
