Ca.1962: Converted to EB-57B; assigned to the 4758th Defense Systems Evaluation Squadron, Biggs AFB, TX. 1968: 4677th DSES, Hill AFB, UT. By 1974: 117th DSES/190th DSE Group (ANG), Forbes Field, KS. 3/79: 134th DSES (ANG), Burlington, VT. 1981: Flown to Ellsworth AFB, SD, for display at the South Dakota Air & Space Museum.

5 Jul 57: TOS USAF and assigned to the 28th Bomb Wing (Heavy) (SAC), Ellsworth AFB, SD. Throughout its career it served with many units and returned to Ellsworth in August 1983 as its last unit. While serving with several units, this plane deployed many times for combat in Vietnam. By April/87: Placed on display with the South Dakota Air & Space Museum at Ellsworth.

16 Jul '45: TOS USAAF and assigned to the 6th Bomb Group, North Field, Tinian, Marianas, and named "Legal Eagle II". Ca.1948: Converted to TB-29M by Boeing-Wichita, KS. July 1956: Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ for storage then transferred to the Navy at Naval Air Weapons Station, China Lake, CA and used as a ground target for weapons testing until 1975 when it was stored.. 1985: Air Force Museum Loan Program. December 1985: Transported to Ellsworth AFB and restored for static display; completed in 1994.

Now repainted in military colours.

25 Feb '44: TOS USAAF while on the production line as a B-25J at Kansas City; had it ferried to the Inglewood, CA, plant for conversion to General Eisenhower's staff plane, designated VB-25J. All guns and turrets were removed, bomb bay sealed for bunk and extra fuel tank. Aft of the bomb bay, seats, a full-width table, and a walnut cabinet were installed. Windows were cut in the sides and the interior was insulated and covered in blue fabric over paneling. Commercial airline seats were obtained from Douglas Aircraft. Continued as staff plane until 12/58. 1984: SDASM.

First flew as G-BFKW in 1978. To British Airways in 1980. Reregistered as G-BOAG in 1981. Last flight to Seattle-Boeing Field for preservation at the Museum of Flight in 2003.

Ca.1975: TOS USAF and assigned to the 112th Tactical Fighter Squadron, 180th Tactical Fighter Group (ANG), Toledo, OH. By 1983: 146th TFS, 112th TFG (ANG), Pittsburgh, PA 7/91: South Dakota Air & Space Museum, Ellsworth AFB, SD.

1945: TOS USAAF as A-26C 44-35896. 6/48: Redesignated B-26C. Ca. 2/61: Loaned to the CIA for Cubans to fly it in the Bay of Pigs invasion. Ca. 4/61: 2849th Air Base Wing, Hill AFB. 6/64: Remanufactured as B-26K, TOS USAF with s/n 64-17640. Ca.1966: 1st SOW. Ca.1967. Designated A-26A Since Thailand refused bombers. 1969: Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ. 1971: Registered N267G. 7/78: Arthur W. McDonnell, Mojave, CA, as N2294B; flew as a race plane. 3 Oct 1980: McDonnell ferried the plane to Ellsworth AFB, SD for the South Dakota Air & Space Museum.
