333FS A-10A departs on a morning mission for RF 94-4

Blacksheep AV-8B on final at RF 94-4. Aircraft was written off in a crash somewhere in California around June 29 1999.

In November 1984 the German Air Force obtained two Su-20 fighters from Egypt. These aircraft provided Erprobungststelle 61 (the test unit) with a great opportunity to test Soviet built hardware. Between 26 June and 21 October 1985 a total of 26 flights were made with this exotic plane. Here is it seen stored without markings. Later the aircraft was transferred to the Gatow museum.

After reunification of Germany former NVA 702 became 20+48 in German service and was transported to Ingolstdt for various tests. After testing is was parked without any markings until moved Koblenz where it is still preserved.
