In 1969, the 67th TRW was based at Mountain Home AFB. One of its squadrons was 22nd TRS wearing the KS tailcode. The other recce squadrons were 7th TRS (KT) and 10th TRS (KR). When the wing, in July 1971, moved to Bergstrom AFB all three units were deactivated. This RF-4C was delivered to South Korea in January 1990.

Registered to the Rijksluchtvaartschool on September 14, 1962. After a ground collision (+damage), forced landing (+damage) the aircraft was ditched in the Waddenzee and damaged on March 9, 1963. It was trucked to the Morane Soulnier factory for repair. The registration was cancelled mid-November 1974, but the aircraft did fly again. It later became N760E for Paris Jet Inc., HB-VEU for Bodmer Air Taxi, N99HB for Bodmer Financing Corp. and N20DA for various owners. Info per November 2013 is that the frame is stalled at Gadsden, AL, USA.
