Stored at Istanbul-Ataturk from 2005. Moved to Kayseri Airport and used as a restaurant in 2015. Scrapped in 2021.

DC-10 line number 2 first flew on 17 December 1970 as N101AA, later becoming N10DC with McDonnell Douglas. Laker acquired it in June 1977 (allegedly at a good price as it had been a prototype aircraft) and it subsequently served with American Trans Air (N183AT), Calair and Novair (G-GCAL) before conversion to a "flying hospital" for Orbis as N220AU. slide scan from the NK collection. - Laker Airways acquired ten new DC-10 airliners and in addition the second prototype; the type was operated in Lakers fleet between 1972 and 1982, when all operations were suspended. G-BBSZ was added in 1974; its final services were performed as N104WA with World Airways. It was retired and broken up at Macon GA.
