In addition to T-39D navigation trainers procured by the US Navy, an additional thirteen CT-39Gs were later ordered. These were based on the later Sabreliner 60 powered by Pratt and Whitney JT-12 engines with thrust reversers. Pictured with the Marines and re-designated a T-39G in 1998, this one was retired to AMARC in November 2013.
