One of many 1-11s bought by Okada, the former G-AVBX of Laker is here just before delivery as 5N-AOP. Placed in store at Benin City in 1997 and still there in the late 2000s along with at least a dozen others, covered in black mould from the humid atmosphere

Channel's third 1-11 was bought back by BAC on the airline's demise in 2.72 and after a period as G-BIII became the Philippine presidential transport, registered RP-C1. The BUA 1-11 behind is G-AWYV

Ex G-AWKJ (Channel Airways) and G-BIII (Air Hanson), acquired by the Philippine Govt as presential transport in 7.74. Bought by Okada Air in 11.86 and became 5N-AYV. Wfu by 1997 but still just clings onto life in a very derelict state at Benin City in southern Nigeria

Wfu at Bournemouth 2.99 and joined aviation museum there in 5.01 but left on low-loader 2.05 for Denmark to act as a restuarant. Fuselage sold and moved from Slagelse to Fladholte in 3.10. G-AVMO in the foreground, the next off the BAC production line, has fared rather better and is preserved at East Fortune having been in the Cosford collection before

Delivered to LACSA in Costa Rica as TI-1096C in 5.73 and seen here during a lease to Cayman which lasted nearly four years. To Dan-Air as G-BJMV in 3.82 and stored by BAF at Southend from 11.92. Allocated G-OBWJ but ntu and b/u in 8.98

One of two ex-Austral 1-11s at Morón, used by the national civil aviation institute as a ground trainer. Last service 11.93. Has CIATA titles on this side and INAC titles on the other. Originally D-ALAT with Paninternational back in 1969
