This Dragon was based at Ringway during 1940 as RAF AV982 after having been impressed ex G-AECZ. It was bought by Aer Lingus as EI-AFK and then re-registered as EI-ABI to record the type's service prewar with the airline. Based Learjet 35A G-HUGG makes a modern contrast outside southside Hangar 532, built in 1942 by the Ministry of Aircraft Production.
