The first Australian built DH84. Became VH-ASK after World War II ended. At the time of upload, this aircraft was on display at the Museum of Flight, East Fortune, Scotland in its final Australian registration VH-SNB. A quirk in Australian DH84 production is that A34-12 c/n 2001 was built after A34-13. Originally, A34-12 had been set aside for an impressed aircraft. When this did not eventuate, a later production aircraft filled the gap. Photo preserved by John Hopton as part of his collection.

Seen preserved at the National Museum of Flight in East Fortune near Edinburgh, Scotland. Built in Australia in 1942 and delivered to the Royal Australian Air Force as A34-13 on 12 Oct 1942. To the civil register as VH-ASK on 19 Aug 1946 then VH-SNB on 19 Feb 1958. To the Strathallan Collection in 1974 for preservation then to the National Museum of Flight in 1981.

This aircraft was built in 1942 and was the second DH84 Dragon to be produced in Australia and was subsequently TOC by the RAAF with the serial A34-13. Now it is on display at the National Museum of Flight at East Fortune.

VH-SNB was a hangar queen at the time of the photo after being withdrawn from use in 1967. It was sold in the UK and and is now at the National Museum of Flight, East Fortune.
