This Otter was built in 1960 and TOC by the RCAF soon afterwards, serving with reserve squadrons and two SAR units (one based in Alberta and the other in Montreal), before the type was retired in 1982. It was transferred to the Canada Aviation Museum in 1983 and painted in this RCAF Air Transport Command scheme. It currently resides in the museum's Reserve Collection.

Operated by Aerokon Aviation, who bought her from the Ontario Provincial Air Service.

Taken on strength by the RCAF as a piston powered Otter December 11, 1953 as 3671 and struck off charge in September 1982. This Otter has been with Kenmore since 2011 when they rebuilt and converted it to turbine.

This DHC-3 gave the Otter a new lease on life. While not the first turbine Otter conversion built, it was the first one to be made commercially available. Starting as Royal Canadian Air Force 3668 delivered December 15, 1953, Vazar replaced the Pratt & Whitney R-1340 radial engine with a Pratt & Whitney PT-6A turbine in 1987 and certified the conversion in time to introduce it at the 1988 Abbotsford Air Show. Unfortunately, the aircraft was later destroyed when it was flown up a wrong valley in poor weather on August 18, 1996. The Otter flew into ground that rose faster than it could climb.

Harbour Air Malta operated this 1960 Otter on sightseeing flights and services to Gozo from Malta's Grand Harbour. Operations started in 2007 but ceased in 2012.

Originally delivered to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police July 28, 1959, this Otter was with Central Mountain Air and in Vancouver for maintenance when photographed. Still carrying previous operators Loon Air logo on the tail and a Wardair color scheme; it was used by Wardair President Max Ward for his personal travels in Northern Canada. The aircraft later received a Vazar turbine conversion and is still current on the Canadian register at the time of uploading.

Delivered to the RCAF October 31, 1960, this Otter was sold by auction in 1982 through Crown Assets Disposal Corporation after retirement. Having a Vazar turbine conversion by Viking Air in 2001, the aircraft is currently C-FJHA with Harbour Air (since 2007) at the time of uploading.

The neat and clean appearance of this Otter, and of their Beaver, was impressive.

After operating Quebec's northern bush country the previous 24 years, Harbour Air purchased this Otter March 28, 2001. Re-furbished and receiving a turbine engine, it joined their large fleet of float equipped turbine Otters flying the West Coast.
