Delivered to the Royal Navy as XT469 in 1965. Stored at Wroughton from 1982. Moved to RAF Stafford for preservation in 1986 and allocated maintenance serial 8920M. Sold in 2009 and moved to Newton with Scales, Lancashire then to a campsite at Newton, Isle of Wight in 2014.

Previously used for ground instruction at Lee-on-Solent as A2765, and later moved to Gosport re-numbered as A2666. Used by the Navy as a travelling exhibit for many years.

On Yeovilton's fire dump since 3 February 2004, and previously used for ground instruction as A2681 at Gosport, and A2770 at Lee-on-Solent.

Previously used for ground instruction as A2762 at Lee on Solent, then at Gosport as A2674. Preserved from 22 July 2008 by 606 Squadron Royal Auxiliary Air Force at Benson. Moved to SWAM on 18 May 2021 for preservation, and later stored.

Highlight of the Koksijde show was this marvelous looking Wessex HU5, which arrived from RNAS Culdrose. The HU5 is a UK-built turbine-powered development of the Sikorsky H-34 Choctaw. The HU5 (101 built) was initially produced for the Royal Navy and later for the Royal Air Force. Within the RN it was operated as an anti-submarine warfare and utility helicopter, but was also used for SAR missions. The type entered service in '61, and had a service life of 'some 40 years before being retired in the UK. This XS484 also served during the Falkland War. It was scrapped at Hanningfield Metals in '97.

Delivered to the Royal Navy as XT486 in 1966. To the RAF as ground trainer 8919M at Brize Norton in 1987. Preserved at the Dumfries and Galloway Aviation Museum from 2007.

One of no less than 16 Wessex present from 845 Naval Air Squadron based on HMS Hermes in a typically strong show of support for the Air Fair by the Fleet Air Arm. To GI as A2744 October 1986, re-allocated as A2668 (2) May 1993. Components still present at HMS Sultan, Gosport in April 2004.

Previously used by AESS Gosport for ground instruction as A2749, then moved to Predannack's Fire School on 21 February 2006. It was upright for a few hours while its gearbox was removed, to be used to drive an air compressor in a workshop. It was later laid back on its side, minus the two engines. Moved on 14 June 2017 to an unknown location.

Later transferred to the RAF and used in Cyprus designated HC5C. Stored at Shawbury from 3 October 1995, and moved to Gosport on 28 August 1996 as A2635 for ground instruction training. Scrapped in 2000 by G D Metals, Hitchin.
