The cockpit section of XG325, retrieved from P&EE Foulness in June 1972 by a team led by F/O Bill Dann of 1476 (Rayleigh) Squadron ATC. The cockpit is seen here 3 months later, converted to a travelling exhibit (I seem to remember by RAF Wattisham), on the Squadron's stand at the Wattisham BoB Display. The cockpit was often displayed at the HAM Southend. It was sold to a private buyer in Thetford, Norfolk in 2011. XG325 was one of 20 pre-production aircraft and used by De Havilland for Firestreak Trials; SOC at Warton, March 1966; dismantled by 60 MU and to P&EE Foulness 28 October 1968.
