It is however thought that this photo may have been taken at Changi because of the RAF Hastings and Belfast in the background. This aircraft was transferred to the Royal Thai Air Force in 1971 and crashed in 1982 near Tkahli.

Built as 44-77109 this C-47 was transferred days after delivery to the Royal Air Force as KP224 in June 1945. Taken over by the Royal Canadian Air Force in April 1947, the aircraft was re-serialed 12905 in 1970. It remained in Military service until 1977 when it was sold as surplus, becoming C-GSCM with Skycraft Air Transport. Pictured on lease to Air BC (1981 - 1983) just before returning to Skycraft, it went to the USA as N364AB in 1995. Donated to the Commemorative Air Force in late 2019, it has been undergoing refurbishment to replace C-47 "Bluebonnet Belle" lost in 2018.
