In a rather unconventional move in the aviation industry, St Gallen Altenrhein Airport started to operate its own airline in 2011. The name "People's Airlines" is derived from the airport's brand "People's Airport". OE-LMK - currently the airline's sole aircraft - is based in Altenrhein from where it mainly flies scheduled flights to Vienna. However, charter flights are also offered if the schedule allows. For a while, People's actually operated a second EMB-170 registered OE-LTK but had to let it go in 2020 due to the Covid-19 situation.

On July 21, 2021, Swiss airline Chair started to wet-lease a Boeing 737-800 from Polish carrier Enter Air (which owns 49% of Chair). The aircraft operated its first revenue flight - with Chair titles applied - to Skopje that same day and is seen here arriving from Pristina a day later. Chair Airlines so far operated three A319-100's, but now needs additional capacity after one of it was damaged beyond economical repair during a maintenance mishap in 2020. Rumors have it that Chair will soon wet-lease two more of Enter Air's B737-800's.

This particular airframe first flew on August 7, 1997 and was delivered to Garuda Indonesia on December 26, 1997. It served with that airline till it was scrapped in March 2013, after a ground collision with A320 N620SC at Jakarta International during maintenance work a few days earlier, causing a damage beyond economical repair (BER).

This 1984 built Short 360 was put on the British register as G-BLIL and first flew under test registration G-14-3647 on May 24 that year. It was leased to Wright Airlines as N635KC for a few month before operated by ASA Atlantic Southeast Airlines between November 1984 and June 1988. It showed up on the Australian register in February 1990, shortly before this picture was taken. It was apparently converted to a C-23B+ Sherpa becoming msn SH3417 in 1997 with the military serial "93-1333" assigned, before being operated by the US Forest Service till around 2013 as N177Z.

US FY # 80-0656. After a 30 year career flying with different IAF squadrons as "275", this F-16A spent it's last few years with Israel's aggressor squadron 115 out of Ovda. Delivered new to Air France Cargo as F-GIUA in October 2002. In June of 2015, it joined the MyCargo Airlines fleet (later renamed to ACT Airlines), and has been operated in Saudi Cargo colors for a while before getting this colorful paint scheme. Seen here on approach to Zurich, while being operated on behalf of Turkish Cargo on the Istanbul - London - Zurich - Istanbul route once a week since October 31, 2020. Built in 1998, this Ecureuil was one of the 1st of the version B3 and only the second to enter service with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in July of 1998. A total of eight AS350B3's have so far been delivered to the RCMP, with six remaining in service at the time of upload. Unfortunately, C-FMPG shown here crashed on January 17, 2012 at Cultus Lake, near Chilliwack in BC, killing the pilot who was the only person on board. Cause of the accident is believed to be loss of engine power due to snow / ice ingestion during take-off.
