Pictured by a member of my family 50 years ago at Oran La Sénia French Air Force air base N° 141. The aircraft has the markings of Transport wing 61 based in Orléans. In front stands the N° 197 (62-SU) in the markings of Transport Squadron 2 / 62 "Sahara" (ET 02-062). The picture is supposed to be taken in the begining of 1961.

A rare squadron rotation took place in 2003 when four Moroccan Air Force Mirage F1s arrived at Châteaudun in France. The four aircraft, 127, 159, 166 and 171 did not showed any unit markings, but the aircraft are assigned to Escadron de Chasse Assad or Atlas, both based at 5 Air Base, Sidi Slimane. Two aircraft of the rotation have crashed, 127 in August 2015 after a bird strike near its homebase, while the here showed 159 crashed on 21 January 2019 after technical issues during landing. Both pilots escaped.

This former Royal Dutch Navy Tracker is pictured on display at the Aviodom's former location at Schiphol airport. It was moved to the new location at Lelystad Airport when this location closed in 2003.

Aviodrome's other S-2, 151, is in better condition but at least this one is wearing proper colours. Fokker S.11s in the background.
