The rear aircraft is 51-1828, the YRF-84F Thunderflash prototype, first flown in February 1952. As you can see, the second YF-84F Thunderstreak, 51-1345, also had side intakes. Leaflets were dropped by Italian Ansaldo SVA planes over Vienna on 9 Augustus 1918 and they took off and landed at an airfield near the castle of San Pelagio. Unfortunately the museum here does not care for its aircraft collection. Its HU-16 Albatross was scrapped in 2013. Several others still listed by aviationmuseum.eu are no longer present.
