Delivered March 19, 1981, Singapore Airlines would lease this 747 to Garuda Indonesia 1994 - 96. Bought by United Parcel Service (N521UP) after return, the aircraft was converted to a freighter. Hauling freight and small packages until withdrawn December 30, 2008, it was stored at Roswell, NM. Sold to Stewart Industries in 2010, it was later scrapped.

In March 2020 the plane was wfu and ferried to Victorville (VCV) for storage. It looked at one point if it would go to Priviledge Style as EC-NSZ but the sale fell through and the plane was scrapped in February 2024.
