In addition to its standard "010" tail code, it displays the commemorative code "AJ-N" which was that of one of the Lancasters on "Operation Chastise", the 1943 raid on dams in the Ruhr, Germany. Later joined II(AC) squadron and carried its 100th anniversary special colours. Written off in 2014 due to a bird strike which necessitated an emergency landing at Manston, Kent. Subsequently displayed at the Cornwall Aviation Heritage Centre.

Moved to Long Marston in 1990 where its condition deteriorated. To the Cornwall Aviation Heritage Centre, Newquay in 2020 which was forced to close in 2023.
