Taken while boarding a Garuda flight with improvised support for a time exposure, this was one of only two 727s ever registered in the Philippines until much more recent times. On 28.1.02 flew into the side of the Nevado el Cumbal Volcano near Ipiales in Colombia at 14,700ft, 1400ft below the summit, on a flight from Quito to Cali via Tulcán
