Despite the horrible weather, the Swedish Air Force sent this Gripen from Satenas to demonstrate its skills at the Flydagen Kjeller 2025.

The prototype TT-1 Pinto trainer first flew in 1956 and was proposed as a competitor to the Cessna T-37. Although 14 were built for the USN by Temco Aircraft, by 1960 they were retired. In 1968, American Jet Industries flew an uprated version with a more powerful engine as the T-610 Super Pinto which was to be built in the Philippines, but this failed to materialise

The new CT-134 Musketeer sits in solitude during its acceptance ceremony at Canadian Forces Base Portage la Prairie today, May 27, 1981. The Musketeer will be used in pilot selection and primary flying training. Another new aircraft was accepted in the CF inventory during the ceremonies -- the CH-139 Bell Jet Ranger, to be employed as a basic training aircraft for helicopter pilots. This flew with the 5° and then 2° Stormo at Treviso and arrived at this museum in 1989.

This Musketeer primary trainer was delivered Jun 24, 1981 as part of twenty-four aircraft follow on order of newer Beechcraft C23 Sundowners that were designated CT-134A Musketeer IIs. 134226 was stored at CFB Winnipeg in March 1994, pending disposal. It was donated to Canadore College in North Bay, ON by 2009 as a training aid.
