Sold in 1932 to the Eagle Aircraft Company of North Carolina who subsequently sold it in 1942 to a Florida based owner who once again converted it for use as a crop duster. Last flown circa 1955 and then spent many years in storage in California before being restored in a project that ran from 1978 until the aircraft flew again in 2006. Purchased by its current owner in February 2023

There was only one Lasconder built. It was powered by three Armstrong Siddeley Mongoose engines. VH-UMY was abandoned at Camooweal, Queensland around 1934. Where the photo was taken is not known but the Lasconder was in the Northern Territory in late 1930 and was used on a mail service from Camooweal to Daly Waters, Northern Territory, in 1933. It is likely it was it the Territory at other times too. Photo from: Library and Archives NT

The Martin 167 prototype (NX22076, later 40-706), named XA-22 by the USAAC, first flew in Mar 1939 and was delivered in Sep 1939. It was one of the designs for an attack aircraft that lost out to the Douglas A-20 Havoc. The type was ordered by the French in substantial numbers as the Martin 167F. After the fall of France in June 1940 the aircraft not yet delivered were taken over by the British which used the type as the Martin Maryland Mk I. Apart from that they also ordered an additional 150 as the Maryland Mk.II. All in all 496 aircraft were built. Glenn L.Martin Co. photo

Inspired by Wild Double Ender project and Piper Super Cub, the Ascender utilizes similar steel tube construction. The only standard Pa-18 parts used in the construction of this prototype were the elevators. Registered as a Lewis Ascender by the FAA, the owner also owns Lewaero Works manufacturing accessories for Carbon and Piper Super Cubs

Knoller C.II was an Austro-Hungarian reconnaissance and bomber aircraft built during World War I. Production took place in three series of 25 pieces and the first was delivered to the Austro-Hungarian Air Force in September 1916. During a test flight in February 1917, the wings of the machine disintegrated and the crew died. This crash led to the cessation of production and further flying with the type. The aircraft produced were not included in combat units, most were used as aids for training ground personnel. Displayed aircraft is the only surviving specimen of this type.

The second prototype. The Namcu was designed as a two-seat trainer, four prototypes being built. It was not put into production, following a lack of interest by the Chilean Air Force, and the bankruptcy of the company set up the Netherlands to build what was to have been called the Eaglet.

Originally called the Dornier F but from 1933 onwards known as the Do-11 it was designed, developed and first flown during the late Weimar Republic years. The aircraft was officially a freight transporter but in reality was of course a trainer and the first the main heavy bomber of the illegitimately developing Luftwaffe. The Do-11 was an unpopular and troublesome aircraft with perhaps its only claim that it had an early retractable undercarriage. All in all no less then 372 of all versions build. Operated by the Weimar Republic government.
