Not many serviceable aircraft leave the airport by the road entrance. The Sea King is being towed a couple of miles to Mare Harbour for loading on to a ship to return it to the UK for a major check.

Air Atlantic leased C-FHAX from June 1990 to 1998, when they ceased operations. The former Air Wisconsin jet would be taken over by Halifax based IMP Group and leased out until broken up at Southend, UK in July 2008.

With a registration that goes back to Texas International Airlines, this DC-9 would later get Continental's new color scheme and a newer registration (N43537). Withdrawn from service December 1999, it was later broken up at Mojave, CA.

Delivered to Canadian Airlines partner Inter-Canadian April 15 1989. Inter-Canadian severed it's ties with Canadian six months later to become Intair. Competing with the majors in the Montreal- Toronto corridor did not work out and the airline sought court protection in 1991. Purchased by Canadian Airlines, Intair reverted to it's Inter-Canadian roots. The F100s were sold with this one going to Air UK, later KLM UK (G-UKFA). The aircraft is now on display at the Aviodome in Lelystad, Netherlands
