Delivered to TWA as L-1011-1 N31029 in 1975. Modified to -100 then to a -200 and leased to Delta in 1978. Returned to TWA in 1980 and modified back to a -100. Stored at Las Vegas in 1998. To Tradewinds Airlines and flown to Greensboro, NC in 2001. Used for parts and scrapped in 2003.

Delivered to Western Air Lines as N302WA in 1985 who merged into Delta Air Lines in 1987. To Avolar Aerolineas as EI-DTP in 2006. Returned to the lessor as N302WA in 2008 and withdrawn from use at Tijuana, Mexico. Still there in 2011. Later scrapped.

Delivered to Aloha Airlines as N70722 in 1977. To Nigeria Airways in 1982 then to Western Air Lines in 1983 who merged into Delta Air Lines 1987. To America West Airlines as N196AW in 1987 then to Aloha Airlines in 1991. To Viscount Air Service in 1993 and reregistered as N310VA in 1994 then to AirTran Airways as N470AT in 1997. Withdrawn from use at Roswell, NM in 2001and scrapped in 2005.

Delivered to Eastern Air Lines as N8119N in 1964. To Monarch Aviation and converted to a freighter in 1982. To Bloodstock Air Services as VH-LAP then to Trans Australia Airlines in 1983. To Ansett Airlines, back to N8119N and to Flying Tiger Line in 1984. To Spirit of America Airlines then to CF Air Freight in 1986. Back to Spirit of America Airlines in 1988. Stored at Goodyear AZ in 1989. To Aerolineas Latinas as YV-728C in 1990, ILPO Cargo Airlines as YV-448C then YV-480C in 1991. To Ansett as N5111Y in 1992 then to Lineas Aereas Suramericanas as HK-3814 in 1992. Scrapped at Bogota in 2007.

Delivered to Northwest Orient Airlines as N152US in 1973. Renamed to Northwest Airlines in 1986. Withdrawn from use at Greenwood, MS in 2002 and scrapped in 2007.

Delivered to America West as N152AW in 1985. To Cayman Airways as VR-CAW in 1991 then to Morris Air as N734MA in 1992. Reregistered as N689SW in 1994 and merged into Southwest Airlines in 1995. Withdrawn from use at Tucson, AZ in 2012 and scrapped in 2013.
