1961: TOS USAF. Ca.1982: 7th Bombardment Wing, Carswell AFB, TX. By 1995: 11th Bombardment Squadron/2nd Bombardment Wing, Barksdale AFB, LA. 4/07: 69th Bomb Squadron/5th Bomb Wing, Minot AFB, ND. With By 2015: 23rd BS//5th Bomb Wing, Minot AFB, ND.

28 Dec '43: TOS USAAF with s/n 43-4432. Assigned to several stateside bases during its career. 1946: RFC, Altus, OK. Owned by several civilian operators over the years. 9/52: Cannon nose was replaced by a standard B-25J 8-gun nose. 10/55: Husky Oil Co., Cody, WY, and several executive modifications were made, including the installation of an air stair and pointed tail cone. 1970: Flew in the movie, "Catch-22." 5/72: Donated to the EAA Aviation Foundation. Oshkosh, WI. From 1975 to 1985 the plane went through a complete restoration and a standard B-25J glass nose was installed.

1978: TOS USAF and assigned to the 333rd Tactical Fighter Training Squadron, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ. 1979: 92nd Tactical Fighter Squadron/81st Tactical Fighter Wing, RAF Brentwaters, UK. By 4/84: 176th TFS (ANG), of Truax ANGB, WI. By 11/89: Pennsylvania ANG. By 5/91: 10th TFW, RAF Alconbury. 29 Jan 1992: AMARC, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ as AC0009. 5 June 2015: HVF West, Tucson, AZ and scrapped that month.

1945: TOS USAAF as A-26C 44-35752. 6/48: Redesignated B-26C. Converted to TB-26C. 4/58: Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ for storage. 1960: Rock Island Oil and Refining Co, Wichita, KS with c/r N8627E. Conversion to Monarch 26 began, not completed. 2/63: Donaire, Inc, Phoenix, AZ; converted to fire-bomber. 5/72:  Kenting Aircraft Ltd, Toronto, ON with c/r CF-KBZ. 15 Jan 1988: Canadian Warplane Heritage Ontario. 8 May 89: Courtesy Aircraft, Rockford, IL and registered N81797. 1991: Placed it in storage with Flying Tigers Warbird Restoration Museum, Kissimmee, FL. 3/06 Carolinas Aviation Museum, NC

This ROMBAC 1-11 was originally delivered to Tarom in October 1986 as YR-BRF. It was leased by London European in August 1987 and then by Ryanair, eventually assuming the Irish registration, EI-CAS. The plane returned to Tarom in October 1990 and was next leased to Aero Asia in January 1997 as AP-BFE. The frame is now derelict at Karachi (KHI).
